Tool integrations

Keep everyday tools working from the same information.

I connect the business tools your team uses for customer records, tasks, bookings, and reporting. We decide which system owns each piece of information and how changes should move so the connection fits your working process.

Scope of work

What your project can include.

Your proposal confirms what you will receive, what I need from you, and how we will review the work. We choose from the areas below to suit your business.

01

A system and field map

An agreement on which records move, which fields match, and which system holds the main record.

02

Connected workflows

Supported connectors or API flows that create and update the agreed records.

03

Duplicate and conflict checks

Rules for matching existing records and handling changes that should not overwrite each other.

04

Alerts for failed updates

Run history and notifications so your team can find and investigate missed updates.

How the work runs

A clear plan, with time to review.

  1. Step 01

    Review your tools

I check the available connectors, account plans, access permissions, and sample records.

  2. Step 02

    Connect a complete journey

We test a record from creation through update, including duplicate and incomplete data cases.

  3. Step 03

    Document and switch on

I document ownership rules and error handling before enabling the agreed live connections.

Questions

Before we start.

How is this different from a custom API project?

This service focuses on connecting everyday business tools and their workflows. A custom API project builds or extends the application interface itself.

Can information move both ways?

Where the tools support it. Two-way updates need clear ownership and conflict rules, which we agree before implementation.

Will we need extra subscriptions?

Possibly. Some connectors and API features require paid plans; I identify those dependencies during scoping.
