Privacy Policy

How information is handled when you browse, contact me, buy a product or service, or ask for support.

Last updated: September 11, 2026

01

Who handles your information

This website is operated by Sanjay Ahlawat, trading as AHLAWAT SOLUTIONS, a sole proprietorship in India. Business address: H.No. 175/B, Bhatia Colony, Faridabad, Haryana, 121004, India.

This policy covers information I receive through this website and in the course of purchases, enquiries, and support. A payment provider or authorised seller may also handle information under its own privacy policy, linked in its checkout or receipt.

02

Information collected

I may collect information you choose to send through a contact form, email, or call booking. This can include your name, email address, phone number, project details, budget, timing, tools, and anything else you share.

The contact form also records your IP address, browser identifier, and the enquiry context, such as the service page you came from. Server logs and security tools may record device details, pages requested, referral information, and timestamps.

When you purchase a paid product or service, I may receive your name, email, billing address, tax details if supplied, purchased items, order reference, amount, currency, payment status, and refund records. Support messages may include information you choose to provide about the problem.

03

How information is used

I use this information to reply to enquiries, understand projects, book calls, prepare proposals, and provide services. Purchase information is used to fulfil orders, send access instructions, provide support, process refunds, and keep accounting records. I also use relevant information to maintain the site and deal with spam, fraud, abuse, or security problems.

I do not sell your personal information or add contact form enquiries to unrelated marketing lists. You would need to ask separately to receive updates.

04

Screenshots, recordings, and activation

SnipCanvas captures and edits screenshots locally; it does not automatically upload them. Takebud saves recordings on your computer. Buying through this website does not give me access to those local files. Files you deliberately send for support are handled as part of that support request.

If a paid edition uses online licence activation, its activation notice will explain the information sent, such as a licence identifier, app version, or device identifier, and the purpose before that feature is used. The product’s own notices describe any data processing specific to that edition.

05

Payment information

When online checkout is available, sensitive payment details are entered with the payment provider shown at checkout. I do not ask you to send full card details, card security codes, UPI PINs, or OTPs through the contact form or support email.

A payment provider or merchant of record may process payment credentials, billing information, device data, and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy policy. I receive the order and transaction information needed to fulfil and support your purchase.

06

Cookies, preferences, and booking

This website uses session and security cookies for functions such as form protection and sign-in. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage. You can clear these through your browser settings; disabling essential storage may affect site features.

The contact page loads Calendly resources for appointment booking. Calendly may receive your IP address and browser information when those resources load, and booking details when you use its service. Read Calendly’s Privacy Notice for its handling of that information.

07

Sharing and service providers

I may share necessary information with providers that run the website, handle email, host data, book meetings, process payments, manage security, or help deliver agreed project work. Professional advisers may receive records needed for accounting or legal work.

Some providers may process information outside India. The applicable provider notices explain their processing locations and safeguards. I limit the information shared to what is needed for the service and applicable obligations.

I may also disclose information when the law requires it, to enforce an agreement, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer involving this website or its services.

08

Retention and security

I keep enquiry, project, purchase, and support information for as long as needed to manage the relevant relationship. Invoices and transaction records may need to be retained for applicable tax and accounting periods, and records may be retained to resolve disputes or meet other legal obligations. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed, subject to backup cycles and required retention.

I use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. I cannot guarantee complete security for a website, email system, or internet transmission.

09

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, or request portability. I may verify your identity before acting on a request. Legal, contractual, and recordkeeping requirements may limit what I can change or delete.

You can leave optional information blank. That may make it harder for me to assess or respond to your project request.

10

Contact

For privacy questions, requests, or complaints, contact Sanjay Ahlawat at [email protected], or use the support contact. Please describe your request without including payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

I aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 calendar days, or within any shorter period required by applicable law. If more time is legally permitted and needed, I will explain why. You may also contact a relevant data-protection or consumer authority where that right applies.

Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date. Where required, I will provide additional notice or obtain consent for a material change.
