More real Google reviews.
Customers may be happy with your work and still forget to leave a review. I make the request part of your usual follow-up, with a link that is easy to use. I can also manage replies as reviews come in.

How it works
Make it easier for customers to leave a review.
A review request works best as part of your normal customer communication. We choose a sensible moment to ask and make the link easy to find.
Fix the listing first
I check your categories, opening hours, services, and photos, then set up a short link that takes customers to your review form.
Make requests routine
Add the review request to a step you already take after a job, such as sending an invoice or a thank-you message.
Answer every review
I write replies that sound like your business. When a customer is unhappy, the reply acknowledges the issue and gives them a way to discuss it privately.
Rating math
How new reviews change your average rating.
Your rating is an average of all your reviews. Enter your current rating, review count, and target to estimate how many new five-star reviews would be needed.
You would need
At six new five-star reviews a week, this example would take about 23 weeks.
This estimate assumes every new review has five stars and existing reviews stay unchanged. It is a calculation, not a forecast or a request for a particular rating.
The system
Make requests part of your usual follow-up.
I connect review requests to a completed sale or job so your team does not have to remember each one.

- Step 02 Fix the basics
- Step 03 Set up requests
- Step 04 Automate follow-up

You bring
- Manager access to the Google Business Profile.

You get

- Review requests set up in the channels you already use.
- Reply templates, a plan for handling complaints, and a monthly review summary.
Ways to ask
Ways to ask after a sale or visit.
Choose the ways you already contact customers after a sale or visit.
QR card on the counter
A card, table tent, or sticker with a QR code that opens your review form. Staff can point it out to customers at the counter.
SMS after the job
A short text after the job is complete, with a direct review link and a request for honest feedback.
WhatsApp follow-up
If you already speak to customers on WhatsApp, add a review request to the conversation after their visit or job.
Post-purchase email
A review request after delivery or completion, followed by one reminder. The sequence stops after those two messages.
Invoice and receipt link
Add your review link to invoices, receipts, job sheets, or delivery slips so customers can find it later.
One short review link
A short link to your Google review form that you can share in messages, print on cards, or read out over the phone.

Yours to keepHow I handle reviews
Honest feedback from real customers.
I ask real customers for honest feedback. They decide what to say, and everyone gets the same opportunity to leave a review.
- Every review comes from a real customer who paid you for something.
- I do not offer discounts, gifts, or other rewards in exchange for reviews.
- Every customer gets the same request, whatever feedback we expect them to leave.
- Customers write their own reviews.
Questions
Questions about review management.
How fast do reviews start coming in?
You may receive reviews in the first week after requests start, but the timing depends on your customers. Changing the average rating takes longer, especially if you already have many reviews. The calculator shows an estimate for your current numbers.
Do you buy or write reviews?
No. I set up requests for honest feedback from real customers. Customers choose what to write and which rating to give.
Can you remove a bad review?
I can report a review that appears to break Google policy, but Google decides whether to remove it. For a genuine complaint, I help write a considered public reply and arrange a private conversation.
What do you need from me to start?
Manager access to your Google Business Profile and an explanation of how customers book, buy, and finish a job with you. It also helps to speak with the person who handles the last customer contact.
I run several locations. Does this still work?
Yes. Each location gets its own review link and reporting, so you can see how requests and reviews are progressing at each branch.
What does it cost?
The quote depends on the number of locations, the channels you use, and whether you want ongoing replies and monitoring. Send your profile link and I will suggest a scope and price.
